How to Set Up White Label Branding

Updated September 17, 2026 · Connect to GoHighLevel · by the Assistantz.ai team

Short answer

In the Assistantz.ai dashboard, go to Branding, upload your logo, enter your company name and pick an accent color, then save. Optionally connect a custom domain through your domain host — use a subdomain, not your primary domain, and make sure it isn't in use elsewhere, so clients see only your brand.

Video walkthrough: How to Set Up White Label Branding

Assistantz.ai is fully white-labeled: your logo, company name, accent color and domain are what clients see — the platform itself never appears in their experience.

Steps

  1. Log into the Assistantz.ai dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Branding.
  3. Upload your logo and enter your company name.
  4. Select an accent color to match your brand.
  5. Save changes.
  6. Add a custom domain (optional). Connect it through your domain hosting provider, following the prompts. Use a subdomain, not your primary domain, and confirm it isn’t already in use elsewhere.

Cautionary notes

  • Make sure the logo, company name and accent color are all appropriate for client-facing use before saving.
  • Be careful to use a subdomain for the custom domain — not your agency’s primary domain.
  • Verify the subdomain you pick isn’t already tied to another service, which would cause a conflict.
