No. Assistantz.ai runs inside GoHighLevel and uses it as the CRM, calendar and conversation view. It replaces or complements the native Voice AI and Conversation AI engines, not GoHighLevel itself.
Can I run both at the same time?
Yes. Many agencies keep native Conversation AI where it is already paid for and add Assistantz.ai for voice-heavy or white-label clients.
Is 9¢ per minute the whole cost?
Yes, on your own SIP trunk. The 9¢ is all-in: orchestration, your choice of voice, your choice of language model and telephony. Use platform telephony instead of your own trunk and it is 11¢ all-in. There is nothing else billed separately by another provider.
