Cancellation

Non-Refundable Payments:

All subscription payments and any other payments that have been paid are non-refundable. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment has been processed and you forfeit the right to raise dispute with your bank of financial organisation.

Payment Disputes:

By subscribing to assistantz.ai , you agree that you can not raise a dispute for any payment that has been made to assistantz.ai and you agree to forfeit the right to raise any dispute or chargeback with your payment provider regarding already paid subscription fees or any other payments. If a dispute is raised contrary to this policy, and it is determined that the customer did not follow the cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by assistantz.ai. . This includes, but is not limited to, court fees and lawyer fees.

If you raise a dispute you acknowledge and accept that you will loose the dispute as soon as it is raised.

Additional Fees for Dispute:
