By signing up for our platform, starting a free trial, purchasing prepaid usage, or subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Trial Terms

• Assistantz.ai offers a 14-day free trial for eligible new users.

• During the free trial, you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.

• You may use the platform’s features freely during this period.

• If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you must cancel your subscription using the Stripe Self-Serve Billing Portal before the trial ends.

• Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in your subscription automatically converting into a paid monthly subscription on your plan’s renewal date.

2. Prepaid Usage Purchases (Voice Minutes, SMS Credits, etc.)

• Prepaid usage includes voice minutes, SMS credits, and any other add-ons that you purchase separately from your monthly subscription.

• Prepaid usage is billed immediately at the time of purchase.

• Prepaid usage charges are non-refundable, including if:

  • You cancel your trial

  • You cancel your subscription

  • You fail to use all purchased usage credits

• Only the monthly subscription fee is free during the trial — prepaid usage is billed separately and is not included in the trial offer.

3. Automatic Subscription Renewal

• All paid Assistantz.ai subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of your trial period and on the same date each month thereafter.

• Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on your renewal date and every month unless you cancel prior to the renewal.

• By signing up, you authorize Assistantz.ai to charge your payment method for recurring monthly subscription payments until you cancel.

4. 100% Self-Service Subscription Management

Assistantz.ai uses a self-service subscription management system.

• All subscription updates, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and payment method changes must be managed directly by you through the Stripe portal:

• Assistantz.ai cannot make changes, cancellations, or refunds on your behalf.

• If you fail to cancel your subscription before your renewal date, your payment will be processed automatically, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Refund Policy

Assistantz.ai maintains a strict no-refund policy:

• Subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

• Prepaid usage purchases (voice minutes, SMS credits, or add-ons) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Failure to cancel before your renewal date does not entitle you to a refund.

6. No Chargebacks, Disputes, or Payment Reversals

By signing up for Assistantz.ai, purchasing prepaid usage, or starting a subscription, you expressly agree to the following:

• You waive your right to file a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or Stripe for any successfully processed payment.

• In the event a dispute is filed, Assistantz.ai will provide:

  • A copy of this Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Proof of your subscription signup

  • Proof of your trial start and subscription renewal date

  • Evidence of your acceptance of these terms

• Any disputes initiated in violation of this policy may result in:

  • Permanent account termination

  • Collection agency involvement

  • Legal recovery of fees and dispute costs

7. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To avoid future billing, you must cancel your subscription using the Stripe Self-Serve Billing Portal before your next renewal date:

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Access the Customer Portal - use the email you used to sign up for service
   Open the link provided to access your Stripe Self-Serve Billing Portal:

2. Locate Your Subscriptions
   Once logged in, go to the "Subscriptions" or "Billing" section.

3. Find the Active Subscription
   Identify the specific subscription you want to cancel.

4. Select the Cancel Option
   Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button for that subscription.

5. Choose the End Date
   You may be given options for when the cancellation takes effect:

   • Immediately → The subscription ends right away.

   • At the end of the billing period → You keep access until your current cycle finishes.

   • Custom date → Set a future cancellation date if available.

6. Confirm Cancellation
   Finalize the process by confirming your cancellation. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it's completed.

Once cancelled, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will occur.

8. Agreement to Terms

By using Assistantz.ai, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Understand that subscription payments, prepaid usage purchases, and renewal charges are non-refundable.

• Consent to automatic monthly subscription billing and prepaid usage charges until you cancel.
