Bring Your Own Key. For chat, connect your own OpenAI or other LLM key and chat messages cost nothing — the 2¢-per-message rate only applies when Assistantz.ai supplies the model. For voice, you can connect your own SIP trunk so telephony costs $0, and choose which voice and language model each assistant uses, but voice minutes are still billed at the all-in rate from 9¢ per minute regardless of whose key or trunk you use.

Rebilling for voice minutes, chat messages and phone numbers is available on every Assistantz.ai plan, from Agency Starter up. There is no separate tier you need to reach to unlock it.

Most agencies use a hybrid model: a base retainer for setup and management, plus metered usage billed at a markup over the 9¢-per-minute and 2¢-per-message base rates. Build the number from your actual platform cost, not a competitor's quoted price.
