How to Activate Your Wallet for AI Call and Chat Billing
In your Assistantz.ai dashboard, go to the balance section and add funds through checkout. Once payment succeeds, your wallet balance covers AI voice minutes and chat messages, billed from 9¢ per minute and 2¢ per message all-in. Turn on automatic recharge so your assistants keep running without manual top-ups.
Your wallet is what actually pays for AI usage — voice minutes and chat messages both draw from it, from 9¢ per minute all-in for voice and 2¢ per AI chat message. Without balance in the wallet, calls and chats can’t run.
Steps
- Navigate to the balance section of your Assistantz.ai dashboard.
- Add balance to your account.
- Complete checkout to process the payment.
- Confirm your wallet balance once payment succeeds.
- Activate automatic recharge so the wallet tops up before it runs dry.
Cautionary notes
Keep enough balance in the wallet to avoid a service interruption mid-campaign — a depleted wallet stops both inbound and outbound AI usage until it’s refilled.
