12. Consent for Automated AI Calling and AI Text Messages
By using our Services, you consent to receive automated calls and text messages from us, including those generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
You understand that these messages may be sent using an autodialer or other automated technology.
You agree to provide explicit consent before we send you any AI-generated calls or text messages.
You acknowledge that cloning of voice is not allowed for automated AI calling or AI voice messaging, and you will not use our Services for this purpose.
To use AI To Call you leads you must obtain written consent from them.
To use AI text to contact your leads you must obtain written consent from them.

14. Cancellation Of Service
You can cancel the service by emailing us at [email protected] with a subject line "cancel the service" email must be sent at least 24 hours before the subscription is due to renew.
When you cancel the service we will not charge the upcoming subscription fees
Subscription fees already paid is final and is not refundable.
